Do you aspire to be a leader some day? Do you desire to take your leadership to the next level? Or, are you an established leader who recognizes that becoming a leader isn't a goal but a lifelong pursuit?
Aspiring to be a leader is just the first step on a long, unique, sometimes circular, but never-ending path toward becoming a leader. In this session, Darryl Jacoby will share his path to being the kind of leader he would want to work for. He'll share what he's learned along the (sometimes hard) way, through which you'll learn to appreciate the value of both good leadership and bad management experiences. Most importantly, you'll learn why the path to leadership started way before you aspired to pursuing it.
