Justin Menapace is an experienced IT professional, focused on end user
experience. Currently an IT Operations Lead at the at the Chan Zuckerberg
Initiative (CZI), he has over ten years' experience in end-user technology
innovation and support.

Prior to joining CZI in 2020, Justin led the Employee Technology
Experience team at Freddie Mac, responsible for development, adoption,
and engagement of the end-user experience strategy for the company's
11,000+ employees. While at Freddie Mac, he pioneered IT Solution
Center, a walk-up support and service center. Justin led the IT the
executive support team and served in key roles on strategic modernization
projects spanning collaboration, mobility, and unified communications.

Justin holds a master's in technology management from Georgetown
University, as well as a B.S. in Information Sciences and Technology from
