Justin Menapace is an experienced IT professional, focused on end user experience. Currently a member of the Executive IT support team at the at the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative (CZI), he has over ten years’ experience in end-user technology innovation and support. Prior to joining CZI in 2020, Justin led the Employee Technology Experience team at Freddie Mac, responsible for development, adoption, and engagement of the end-user experience strategy for the company’s 11,000+ employees. While at Freddie Mac, he pioneered IT Solution Center, a walk-up support and service center. Justin led the IT the executive support team and served in key roles on strategic modernization projects spanning collaboration, mobility, and unified communications. Justin holds a master’s in technology management from Georgetown University, as well as a B.S. in Information Sciences and Technology from Penn State.
