He has successfully led several multimillion-dollar projects in both areas, and he's passionate about how experience impacts the way we deliver and consumer services. Combining top-end expertise with a practical perspective, he's published five books on ITSM and one on business continuity, and he hosts a service management podcast and a popular YouTube channel. Jeffrey has also developed an ITSM process maturity assessment framework based on the CMMI framework, assessed and redesigned processes many times for different ITSM tools for clients in many industries, and served as a program leader for a large process-oriented digital transformation initiative for the US Government.
