Angie Tobin is the Product Manager for the Boeing Enterprise Help Desk, with 20+ years’ incident management experience in monitoring, driving, and implementing improvements and efficiencies in incident management processes. Angie’s current responsibilities include product strategy, operational excellence, supplier oversight, end user experience and a robust demand management program, offering and marketing multiple channels of support to the end user community.
Angie serves the Seattle HDI board as VP of Communications.
