I have been in the IT Industry for over 20 years. I have focused on first level support, whether providing the support or leading the teams who provide it, as I love working with and making sure customers have what they need and the teams have what they need to be successful in the services they are providing their customers. I have worked in the financial, nonprofit and hospitality industries and thoroughly enjoy building new support teams. I have built Service Desk and Support teams at Standard Insurance, Goodwill of Northern and Central Arizona and most recently at P.F. Chang's China bistro where we support over 200+ locations and over 5000 employees. I have certifications in Project Management, Service Desk Management, am ITIL expert, where along with building Support teams, have implemented ITIL processes such as Incident, Problem, Change and Asset Management.
