Maggie Guare has been supporting end users for the better part of 24 years. She has held many roles within Information Technology, all focused on service and support. She began her career as a Desktop Analyst at UPS and is currently a HIT Service Desk Supervisor for Advocate Aurora Health supporting over 70,000 internal team members. Maggie is currently enrolled in Rasmussen College pursuing her BA in Business Management and is CNA, (ITIL) Foundations, and Business Certified. This is Maggie’s first venture into the conference venue, however she is very passionate about her work.
