Rebecca is the Head of Lending Support at Farm Credit Mid-America, a cooperative providing reliable access to credit and financial services for rural communities and agriculture.  She is passionate about customer experience and creating thriving environments for her leaders and team based on building relationships and trust.  She currently leads a high performing team focused on improving operational excellence through process, content, and customer support services for our organization.   

Her vision and leadership experiences in business operations, sales, projects, and change management, have shaped her career and fueled her continuous improvement efforts to effectively develop her team to meet business needs.  Rebecca earned a B.S. and M.S. in Agricultural Economics from Louisiana State University and holds Change Management certification from Cornell University as well as KCS Foundation and KCS Principles certifications.
