Esther is a PMP Certified Professional and HDI-Support Center Director certified with over 14 years of experience working with large private and public sector organizations across North America and the U.K. She has experience in driving BPO processes, navigating mergers and acquisitions, and project management. Esther initially joined the WBM Technologies organization to spearhead the onboarding of its first Enterprise Service Desk engagement and launch its newest service offering. She played a pivotal role in implementing technologies and processes that grew the team from the ground up to a total of 103 staff. Currently, she directs a Service Management team that has achieved remarkable success. In 2021, the organization embarked on their HDI journey to cultivate world-class customer experiences, earning three distinct global HDI service awards. Esther’s leadership and commitment to excellence have been instrumental in fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
