Ryan Turcotte (he/him/his) is Manager of Client Services at Boston University Medical Campus Information Technology. His Client Services team consists of 3 service desk and 7 technician staff that support over 2000 clients on an urban college campus. Ryan has a B.A. in Computer Science from Amherst College, where he worked after graduation in Desktop Computing Services before joining Boston University. Ryan’s goal as a support professional is to help clients develop autonomy in computing by providing staff the knowledge and wisdom to solve technology challenges.
