Erik is an experienced leader with 21 years of experience guiding teams and 13 years in the IT industry. Passionate about building strong team cultures, he believes that a positive, collaborative environment is the key to success. As a dedicated husband and proud father, he finds his greatest joy in family. Outside of work, Erik practices martial arts and channels his creativity as the dungeon master for his Dungeons & Dragons group.
