Ben Boyd is the Director of IT Operational Service Delivery for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Memphis Tennessee. Ben holds an undergraduate degree in K-12 education and a master's degree in IT Management. Ben has 25 years' experience in IT Management primarily in the healthcare sector and in the K12 education space. Additionally, Ben has 10 years of practical classroom teaching experience in the K12 environment. Prior to his roles in IT management, Ben was a K12 educator for the Memphis Shelby County School System. Ben's previous roles include Deskside Support Management, Service Desk Management, Computer Operations (Data Center) Management and IT Asset Management. Ben also holds a Lean Six-Sigma Black Belt certification in process improvement in addition to certifications in Lean IT, ITIL and Agile.
