Desks across several sectors in Mexico and Latin America.
Speaker at international conferences in the area of engineering
and ITSM. She has participated as reviewer and with
contributions in some of the global best practices. Recently she
was one of the co-authors of the book High Velocity IT of ITIL4
and the Workforce and Talent Management practice.
