Liz Bunger, President, HDI Local Chapters
Liz has seen first hand how the power of a strong network can benefit individuals and organizations. As the President of HDI Local Chapters she has a passion for growing the community to enable others to build their networks. Liz is committed to helping the 25+ HDI Local Chapters across the US bring the knowledge, experience, and networking opportunities from HDI Conferences to the local communities.
LIz has also built a strong network in the KCS world in both IT Support and Customer Service industries. As a KCS practitioner for over 15 years, she helps organizations become more efficient by creating a knowledge sharing culture. Liz has guided organizations to save millions of dollars in support costs through KCS.
Liz holds multiple industry certifications including ITIL, KCS Principles, and Problem Management. She is an HDI Certified Instructor and an HDI Top 25 Thought Leader in 2023.
