Jessica Clarkson, Technology Services Coordinator, Chippewa Valley Technical College
Jessica Clarkson's IT journey commenced in 2010 when she immersed herself in the IT-Computer Software Developer program at Chippewa Valley Technical College (CVTC). By 2012, she emerged as a CVTC graduate armed with an Associate's degree and an insatiable drive for tech excellence. Recognizing her potential, CVTC swiftly employed her as a full-time Desktop Services Technician in July 2013.
Jessica's professional ascent continued as she joined the esteemed ranks of HDI in 2013, achieving KSC Certification by 2015. A dynamic force within her local MN chapter, Jessica serves as Coordinator, leading a team of 6 tech wizards. Together, they deploy their digital prowess to support, maintain, and navigate the computing landscape across CVTC's 11 sprawling campuses. Renowned for her unwavering, top-notch end-user support, Jessica has become a legendary presence at CVTC—a friendly face in the crowd upon whom everyone relies. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business with a focus on Project Management.
