Marie DiRuzza is the director of Campus Technology and Media Support at Mount Holyoke College. A nationally recognized leader in the support industry, Marie has been involved with HDI for nearly two decades, having served in many different local chapter roles and as a National Officer. She has also served as an EDUCAUSE working group contributor and on Customer Advisory Boards for multiple ITSM product teams. She professional certifications in project management, ITIL Foundations, HDI Help Desk Manager, and CCL LDP. She is the recipient of the 2016 HDI Manager of the Year award, Best Portal Design award (CGC), and 2019 HDI Best Use of Technology award.
