A nationally recognized leader in the support industry, Marie DiRuzza, has served in various roles for HDI: National Officer/District President, Local chapter President, and VP, EDUCAUSE: working group contributor, Service Catalog paper author, ITSM CG steering committee member, and has served on Customer Advisory Boards for multiple ITSM product teams. She is currently the Director of Campus Technology and Media Services at Mount Holyoke College. She holds a BA in Mathematics and professional certifications in: Project Management/Process Improvement, ITIL Foundations, HDI Help Desk Manager and CCL LDP.
She is the recipient of the HDI Manager of the Year, HDI Best Use of Technology, and two MHC Trailblazer awards.
