Edward Gray is currently a Co-Manager for IT Support Services at the University of Mary Washington. He has served in IT at UMW for over 20 years. He holds a Master’s in MIS as well as several certifications, including CompTIA, Microsoft, ITIL, HDI, VeriSM, SIAM, and Lean IT. He is a member of several professional organizations, including HDI and itSMF. Edward is also the CEO and Principle Trainer at Grayematter Consulting, a training and consulting firm focused on service management. He is an accredited trainer for VeriSM, ITIL, and Lean IT.
