Jeremy Groth is currently a manager of the Technology Service Center at Northwestern Mutual; responsible for Training, Career Development, and day to day operations of Northwestern Mutual’s Tier-1 IT Phone Support. NM’s multi-channel IT Service Center supports 25,000+ employees with all their technology needs.
Jeremy started at Northwestern Mutual on the Technology Service Center as a Tier-1 Phone Technician in 2014. From there he transitioned onto the Training Team, and finally moved into his current role as Manager of the Technology Service Center Training Team and Tier-1 phone support. His experience throughout his career allows him to lead by example and assisted with an org restructure to put a greater focus on career growth and development.
His passion for bowling has resulted in multiple perfect 300 games and local city tournament titles. This is also one of the many interests he shares with his two boys Mason and Hunter.
