Glen Hoffmann, Sr. Business Process Consultant / Team Lead, Computer Design & Integration
Glen is a Sr. Business Process Consultant and Team Lead with CDI and has been in the service industry for over 30 years. His background includes the practical application of recognized best practices such as ITIL, COBIT and Lean Six Sigma. Before joining CDI, he owned his own consulting practice, implementing Enterprise Management processes and platforms for clients across the U.S. and Europe with specific experience in State/Local and Federal Government, Military, Financial, Insurance, Pharmaceutical, Hospitality, Technology, and Academic. In carrying out his projects he has become a proficient presenter on numerous ITSM topics and is particularly strong in the technical needs of service management.
