Julie Hoffmann serves Butler University as Assistant Director of IT Help Desk, and is responsible for oversight of IT's service management practices and principles. Julie is a key architect of the "Ask.Butler" universal service management practice at Butler, and oversees onboarding of new departments and ongoing operational support of the program.
