Since starting his own company, I Train IT Leaders LLC, in 2017, Jeff has led digital transformation efforts for a large multinational company and architected and chaired a multi-million-dollar program designed to bring ITSM and DevOps practices into global product and technology organizations, which successfully improved organizational alignment and operational stability while reducing costs.
