Kuntz is the GenAI co-pilot and virtual assistant Product Manager, with 15+ years' experience and leadership in customer support, regulatory & compliance, ITSM/ITIL knowledge management, disaster recovery & resiliency, IT audit remediation management, and virtual agent / chatbots. She received her Master of Business Administration (MBA) with Leadership Emphasis from Lindenwood University and is certified in ITIL Foundations and a Lean SixSigma (green belt). Emma is a highly dedicated leader who is proficient in establishing, maintaining, and evolving business processes and services.
