Kris Little is a Sr. Technology Operations Manager with the IT Service Desk at Lowe’s Companies, Inc. Kris has spent over 20 years in operations, including supply chain logistics, operations planning, and technical support. In 2012, Kris joined the Lowe’s leadership team with a focus on reporting and analytics. Kris has since gone on to develop and deploy all of the department’s analytics dashboards through Microsoft PowerBI, tracking Lowe’s call center metrics and providing Lowe’s tech and business partners with incident trends. Those analytics dashboards have driven the department’s problem management process, where top incident trends are reviewed with senior leaders across the Lowe’s Technology organization to drive them toward resolution. Kris has multiple certifications including HDI Support Center Manager, HDI KCS Principles, ITIL Foundation, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), and CompTIA A+.
