Laurie Lukken, Senior Solution Center Manager, NFM
Laurie has experienced over 25 years of Information Technology Management experience in the telemarketing and retail industries. For 8 years, her career consisted of leading people in the application development environment until she found her passion in leading service desk professionals. For over 17 years, she has used that passion to build two service desks from the ground up and continues to use it to continually strive for excellence in the service management industry. She has been a member of HDI for several years and has held positions at the local chapter board level, district level and now as a regional vice president.
