That early, hands-on experience continues to inform his leadership approach today—one that values operational excellence, empathy for end users, and the critical role IT plays in driving business success. With over 30 years in the tech industry, Rod brings a rare blend of technical insight and executive leadership. He has a proven track record of scaling high-growth SaaS companies and building solutions that meet the evolving demands of modern IT teams. Prior to joining TeamDynamix, he served as CEO of Axcient, a business continuity and disaster recovery software company, where his innovation-first approach led to rapid growth and a successful acquisition by ConnectWise. Rod has also held key leadership roles at Barracuda Networks, EMC, Data Domain, and NetApp—helping organizations of all sizes navigate digital transformation and infrastructure modernization. Rod is passionate about empowering IT leaders with smarter, more connected tools to improve service delivery, drive automation, and elevate the role of IT across the enterprise.
