Rocky is a Cincinnati, Ohio native. Starting his adult career in management of Chick-fil-A, Rocky gained a love for investing in others and truly striving to live the meaning of “my pleasure” when serving customers and his team. That passion has followed Rocky to the IT industry. In 2015 Rocky began his Service Desk journey as a Level 1 analyst working for Atos supporting public sector clients. In the years following Rocky would serve in Level 1, Level 2, Admin, Team Lead and Training/Quality roles. In June 2022 Rocky was brought into Unisys in the role of Operations Manager. It was at Unisys Rocky was introduced to HDI and a part of the HDI certification process seeing the Unisys team receive a 3.5/4 rating. In 2022 Rocky transitioned to a new role, Experience Manager, with the aim to help lead the End User Experience organization at Unisys in the already underway transformation from service focus – to experience focus.
Rocky’s personal mission bullets are to be humble, a servant and encourager of others, a disciplined and intentional leader while leaving things better than when he started - in all that he does.
Outside of work, Rocky enjoys spending time with his beautiful wife Allie, is involved in his local church and with what free time he can find, loves going to play disc golf and catching tournament coverage on the Disc Golf Network. January 2022 Rocky took on his favorite and most rewarding job yet, dad, as he and Allie welcomed baby # 1, Willow, to the world. Baby #2 coming June 2023!
