Tom McMahon, IT Manager, Ulta Beauty
Tom McMahon Ulta Beauty Senior IT Manager Tom McMahon joined Ulta Beauty in 2015 as the Lead Engineer for End User Service (EUS). He was promoted to IT Manager of EUS in November of 2016, IT Manager Service Desk in July 2018, and Senior IT Manager Service Desk in April of 2023. Prior to joining Ulta Tom worked at Claire's Stores, Inc. from 2011 until 2015 in similar roles. Before that Tom worked for various companies that provided hardware, software and services for retail and hospital brands including Office Depot, McDonald's, Hardee's, and many others. Tom graduated from DeVry Institute of Technology in Chicago in 1984 and started his career as a field technician servicing cash registers in restaurants.
