Tammy joined ATB in February 2013 in the role of a Sr. Leader in People & Culture and has worked in both the HR Business Partner world and the Leadership Learning world. Prior to this, she spent 15 years in IT Consulting and Leadership before taking a leap into her own business as a Leadership & Team development consultant. In the IT Consulting world, Tammy was a key
player in building a End-User Support practice at a start-up IT Consulting company where she built and managed several diverse support teams dedicated to providing excellent customer service experience in many verticals. In 2017, Tammy re-joined the IT world as a part of the G-team for ATB’s Google transition. She loves people and loves technology (in that order); she
is passionate about building high-performing, inclusive teams. Tammy and Sherwin (her husband of 28 years) spend a lot of time cheering on their girls in basketball, volleyball, or whatever endeavor the 3 girls undertake. She loves learning about what makes people tick: personality, mindset, love languages, pretty much anything about people.
