Evan Ricucci, Director of Agricultural Lending Support, Farm Credit Mid-America
Evan Ricucci is the Director of Agricultural Lending Support at Farm Credit Mid-America, a cooperative focused on providing reliable access to credit and financial services for rural communities and agriculture. Having held several roles across the organization, and with almost a decade in financial services, Evan has learned the importance of facilitating and supporting cross-functional collaboration and sustainability in business processes. Evan leads an exceptional team focused on continuously improving, documenting, supporting, and even creating or reengineering the organization’s core lending processes and systems. Evan’s focus for his team is on creating sustainability for the organization through consistency, repeatability, and efficiency in business processes that bring about an exceptional customer experience.
Evan holds a degree in History from University of Maryland, Baltimore County, and an MBA from Bellarmine University. He also holds professional certifications in Project Management from University of Louisville, Knowledge Centered Service Foundations, and Business Process Management from the BPM Institute.
