For many years, Mart was an active member of itSMF USA. He led the ISO/IEC 20000 Special Interest Group. And co-led the local chapters in Houston, Texas and in Arizona. He possesses all ITIL, ISO/IEC 20000, and FitSM available certification levels since the mid-90s. And has led dozens of organizations towards ISO/IEC 20000 certification. He is also the author of “ISO/IEC 20000 – A Pocket Guide”.
Mart is an APMG-accredited trainer for courses in service management, business relationship management, information security management, and more. And holds the FSM, or Fellow in Service Management, credentials.
