Vickie Runyon, Knowledge Manager, Compeer Financial
Vickie Runyon is the Knowledge Manager at Compeer Financial, a member-owned Farm Credit cooperative serving and supporting agriculture and rural communities. Compeer employs approximately 1,400 team members and provides financial services throughout 144 counties in Illinois, Minnesota, and Wisconsin. Vickie has been in the tech support sector for over 25 years, holding multiple roles including Service Desk Agent, Network Engineer, Team Leader, and Knowledge Manager, a role she has held since 2019. She earned a B.S. in Information Technology from Franklin University and holds both KCS v6 Foundations and KCS v6 Practices Certifications. She is an accomplished speaker having frequently presented internally to an audience of 1000+, at Community of Practice events, and most recently at an IT Symposium. Her passion is sharing knowledge for the benefit of all. She loves seeing those 'aha moments' when knowledge is realized and the problem is solved.
