I started my career in Bowling Center management after 10 years in the bowling business, I was looking for a change and it led me to IT. After working my way up on the Service Desk from tier 1 to tier 2, I found my way back into management after just 3 years. I have been working in Support Center management for the last 10 years. In that time, I worked with both large and small companies which gives me an interesting view of how to uses the good ideas of a large company without overcomplicating it for the small company. I remain very active in the HDI Community serving on the Local board since 2015 and on the National board since 2020.
