JT Singh, Senior Associate Vice President/CIO, West Chester University
JT Singh currently serves as the Senior Associate Vice President & CIO at West Chester University of Pennsylvania. As a visionary leader with over two decades of experience in the field of education, he bears the responsibility of crafting an IT vision and strategy that harmonizes with the overarching mission of WCU. His extensive expertise extends to the management of a large scale technology infrastructure and the guidance of the digital transformation of various aspects of campus IT, encompassing operations, services, cybersecurity, and systems. Additionally, he serves as a board member of the Innovative Technology Action Group (ITAG) based in Southeastern Pennsylvania and holds a Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering along with a Master's degree in computer science.
