Janice Smith, Director of Enterprise Services Support, Farm Credit Mid-America
Janice is Director of Enterprise Services Support at Farm Credit Mid-America, a cooperative focused on providing reliable access to credit and financial services for rural communities and agriculture. Her vision is fueled by deep experience within multiple roles at Farm Credit over many years, driving her focus on customer experience and continuous improvement. Janice currently leads a high performing team focused on improving operational excellence through process, content, and customer support services for the organization.
Janice is passionate about creating an environment where her team is excited about and engaged in the “what and how” they do things. She loves helping her team and her customers “connect the dots” so that together we can achieve the best outcomes. Janice earned a BBA in Management from McKendree University, a MS in Management from Indiana Wesleyan University, Servant Leadership certification and Systems Thinking certification from Cornell University, and holds KCS Foundations and KCS Principles certifications.
