Jill Weber, Technology Service Center Manager, Northwestern Mutual
Jill is currently the manager of on-site, face to face technical support teams within Technology Customer Success organization at Northwestern Mutual. She has helped to rebrand and develop the on-site teams to be focused on working smarter, more efficient, and to have the customer's experience in mind at all times. She has been part of HDI in which she is a local chapter officer for over 15 years as VP of Programs and currently President of Brew City local HDI Chapter. She has presented at several HDI Support World Live conferences. She has had a successful bowling career including being a professional bowler. She has been inducted into the United States Bowling Congress Hall of Fame in 2023 for Outstanding Performance.
