Michael Hanson has a broad background in information technology, and is an IT Executive with over 30 years of experience in IT Service, Support, and Operations with extensive experience leading globally distributed teams. His passion is building effective, happy teams and leveraging business and IT process improvement techniques to make work flows more efficient, cost-effective, and reliable for both IT teams and their customers. He has been involved with HDI for more than 20 years, and is a regular contributor to SupportWorld and speaker at industry conferences. He is ITIL, Six Sigma, and HDI Certified, with a Bachelor of Science in Business and Technology Management. He is a chapter officer in the Skyway HDI chapter, and is currently the Vice President, Service Desk Operations for PSCU, a premier financial services company.
