The goal of this session is to provide attendees with a guideline on how to create their own exit strategy and let them know that they are not alone. Often times, when looking to transition to a different role it can be quite stressful and overwhelming, especially if you are leaving a toxic workplace. Trying to keep everything "business as usual" as you attempt to navigate the waters of looking for a new opportunity. What are some of the pitfalls to avoid? What were some of the positive actionable tasks that contributed to a successful exit strategy. This session will consist of a panel from various generations that will share their personal experiences with the audience and it will be interactive as well. We will look to engage the audience to share their experiences and feedback on what did and didn't work for them.

Attendees will be provided a high level guideline to create their own exit strategy, as well as key indicators of a toxic workplace and when to make the decision to look for a new opportunity. They will hear personal stories from the panel as well as other attendees.
