Adam has been involved in the IT industry for more than 20 years, working in various roles throughout his career. Some of those roles include Help Desk Technician, Systems Admin, Network Admin, and Management from being a single IT “Jack of All Trades” for a manufacturing plant to leadership roles for large organizations with large IT Departments. He is currently the IT Support Center Manager for Ameritas, where he leads a multi-year CSAT award-winning team. Adam considers himself a Servant Leader where he focuses on Development, Engagement, and Culture for his team as well as the organization. Empathy and compassion are key to being a part of his team. Adam is also the President of the HDI – Nebraska chapter where he is united in the HDI focus to energize and empower IT support and service management professionals to make a real difference in their careers and organizations.
