Joel Koh started his career at GE Capital in process improvement as a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt. Over the last 20 years, he has helped grow and improve companies in the financial services and IT industries. Today, he leads the Continuous Improvement Team at Chick-fil-A's support desk. He has trained hundreds of people including managers and leaders on Lean, Six Sigma, and leadership.
